Wood Floors

We’ve completed on a very tasty order for 150 year old oak barrel pieces being used to clad a bar in Shoreditch which is to be topped off with antique copper. It will look stunning when finished.


Browns Restaurant in Islington is using our reclaimed roofing boards to clad their planters, we’re sure these will look very smart.

We’re off on a sourcing trip soon to find some more of that beautiful French Oak that keeps flying off our shelves.

Meanwhile we have a large amount of the everyday work to get through, de-nailing, sawing clean ends and generally organising the last enormous delivery of fine Reclaimed floorboards and reclaimed architectural timbers.

When you select recycled timber or reclaimed floorboards for new or replacement flooring projects, you help conserve the world’s natural resources. Before you choose your particular timber we discuss with you your preferences and the suitability of different species and individual reclaimed source. You should make sure you understand that reclaimed timber has ‘character’ which makes it so attractive in appropriate settings, which may include nail holes, mature knots, stains and so on.

Reclaimed Floorboards

We’ve notched up another three Nando’s in the last month, sending out floorboards, wall cladding and shelving to their outlets at Hammersmith, Bath and Chester.  Reclaimed are proud to be a part of their refurbishment programme.

Another wall cladding project is nearing completion, this time in one the fine establishments The Orchid Pubs have.

Some of our fabulous reclaimed American Oak flooring has gone off to a Georgian property refurbishment project that’s in Charles Street, Mayfair. Very nice, it’s sure to look tasty when it’s completed.

At Reclaimed we’ve got our fingers crossed for approval from Tesco’s. . We’ve been working on some prototypes for their coffee shops that are now to be run ‘in-house’ and not franchised. Prototypes include wall cladding, counter tops and shelving.

Flooring timber for Nando

Nando’s at Hammersmith has just received a consignment of our floorings timbers as part of their rolling refurbishment programme which we’re delighted to be a part of.

We’ve just sent out some stunning English Oak shelving for a new boutique shop on Portobello Road.

At Reclaimed we’ve swelled our stocks substantially as we have taken in a huge consignment of Victorian pine floorboards from the nation’s demolition companies.   De-nailing is at the top of the job list for the foreseeable……………..

An old bank in Barnes, West London has provided us with some fine Georgian floorboards for flooring.

It’s feels extra busy around the yard this week as a key member of staff is in Poland to support England in their qualifying match.

We’ve sent a load of floorboards to Newcastle-upon-Tyne for the refurbishment of one their fine public houses.

Sales of floorboards for domestic projects remain busy.

Reclaimed Wood Flooring London

At Reclaimed we’ve had a sneak preview of our new website, that’s under construction, we’re really pleased with what we saw. As it shows just how much we’ve moved on the last decade or so. Working out of some railway arches in East London now feels like a distant memory and life here at Sewardstone Hall Farm, Chingford has allowed us to expand. For the past few years we’ve been supplying the timber for more and more commercial applications for clients such as True Religion, Nando’s, The William Morris Gallery, several outlets in the new Westfield Shopping Centre, Levi’s flagship store in London and some consignments going out into Europe. We’re eagerly awaiting the launch of our new site.

Reclaimed have just sent a consignment of timber for various applications, flooring, wall cladding and cladding the bar for a bar refurbishment of a Mexican themed bar at The Sloane Square Hotel. We’re working with D TWO Design, interior designers who’s client is Guy Pelly friend of Prince Harry.

Reclaimed supplied a large consignment of French Oak to English artisan carpenter who fitted out a new design outlet in Milan this involved creating high specification French Oak panelling back in July.  The client was so pleased with the results we have just supplied the French Oak for more bespoke panelling in their London store.

We’ve sent out more reclaimed timber for Varsity’s umbrella company, Barracuda Pub Group Ltd to some of their establishments in Cardiff and Gloucester that are undergoing a refurbishment.
